Day 01 : Mangalore

Our South India Vacations Team Person will welcome you at Mangalore airport or railway station. On arrival at Mangalore, you will be transferred to the hotel, check in to the hotel and relax for some time. Afternoon visit the nearest beach and at 3.30 PM visit Kadri Manjunatheshwara Temple, Then visit Mangaladevi Temple - that houses the idol of powerful Goddess Mangaladevi. Then visit Sharavu Mahaganapathi Temple - dedicated to Lord Ganesha and Lord Shiva. Then proceed to 300 year old Venkataramana Temple - located in Car street in the heart of the city and the temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara (Vishnu). Evening, visit to Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Kshetra Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 : Mangalore - Murudeshwar - Gokarna

Morning after breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Guru Narasimha Swami Temple at Saligrama - temple is carved out of Saligrama stone and hence has derived its name. Then visit Anegudde Ganapathi Temple at Kumbhashi - one of the seven 'Mukti Sthalas' (Parashurama Kshetra) and nearby Chandika Durga Parameshwari Temple - beautiful temple newly built at Kumbhashi in Udupi - Kundapur highway. Then drive to Murudeshwara. Visit Shiva statue and Lord Murudeshwara Temple, built on the Kanduka Hill which is surrounded on three sides by the waters of the Arabian Sea. After having darshan of Lord Murudeshwara, a short break at Murudeshwar Beach then proceed to Idagunji, a small town in Honnavara Taluk is famous for Ganapathi Temple. The central icon of the Idagunji Temple dates to 4-5th century CE. He has two arms and is standing on a stone slab. Then drive to Gokarna. On arrival at Gokarna, check in to the hotel and relax for some time. Evening visit to the nearest beach and enjoy. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03 : Gokarna - Kumta - Kollur

Early morning at 6.30 AM, proceed to Gokarna Ganapathi Temple - with small wound on the head of the statue and it was hit by demon king Ravana. Then visit main temple Sri Mahabaleshwara Temple, The Mahabaleshwar temple enshrines the Atma Linga of Lord Shiva. Then proceed to visit Tamra Gowri Temple and return to the Hotel. After Breakfast, check out the hotel. Then drive to Kumta, On arrival at Kumta, visit Mahalasa Narayani's Temple - 450 year old dedicated to Shri Mahalasa Narayani. Then proceed to 800 year old Dhareshwar Temple - dedicated to Lord Shiva. Then drive to Gunavanthe - a panchalinga kshetra dedicated to Lord Shiva in the name of Gunavantheswara. (Murudeshwara Temple, Mahabaleshwara Temple, Dhareshwar Temple and Gunavantheswara Temples are Atma linga temples). Then drive to Kollur. Kollur lies at the foot of the Western Ghats and the main attraction of Kollur is temple dedicated to Goddess Mookambika. On arrival at Kollur, check in to the hotel. Evening, visit to the Mookambika Temple, one of the important places of pilgrimage in Karnataka. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04 : Kollur - Sringeri - Udupi

Early morning after breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Sringeri. On arrival at Sringeri, visit Sri Sharadamba Temple, Vidya Shankara Temple and other shrines. You can have prasadam as lunch at Temple dining hall. After visiting temples, drive to Udupi (Enroute, enjoy the beautiful scenery of Agumbe Ghat.) On arrival at Udupi, check in to the hotel and relax for sometime. Then visit to the world famous Sri Krishna Temple and then visit nearby Anantheshwara temple and Chandramouleshwara Temple . After getting the divine blessings, proceed to Kadiyali Mahisha Mardhini Temple, Indrali Pancha Durgaparameshwari Temple (Manipal) and Ambalapady Janardhana & Mahakali Temple at Udupi. Return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05 : Udupi - Mulki - Kateel - Moodbidri - Mangalore

Morning after breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Kunjarugiri - known for a hill, Durga Betta, on which stands a temple dedicated to Goddess Durga Parameshwari. Visit the temple and proceed to Pajaka kshetra - the most important of all is the ancestral home and birthplace of Sri Madhva. Then drive to Bappanadu - famous for Durga Parameshwari temple. Here five Lingas are worshipped as Moola Durga, Agni Durga, Jala Durga, Vana Durga and Agra Durga on a single Panipeeta with the idol of Durga kept in front. Then proceed to 12th century Mulki Venkataramana Temple, on the banks of Shambhavi river and dedicated to Lord Venkateswara. Then drive to Kateel Durga Parameshwari Temple, located on the banks of River Nandini. Get the divine blessings of Goddess Durgaparameshwari. Then visit to Hosanadu Kodyadka Annapoorneshwari Temple surrounded by evergreen woods rich in natural beauty, with abundance of flora and fauna. Then proceed to Moodbidri and visit 1000 Pillar temple or Savira Kambada Basadi (Jain Temple) known for its magnificent pillars that are the hallmarks of this ancient place of worship. then drive to Mangalore. On arrival at Mangalore, you will be dropped at a designated point in Mangalore.
